Our 5 year Warranty applies to all Aluminium frames against manufacturing faults and defects only. A limited 1 year Warranty applies to cushions and slings. The Warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and all Warranty claims must be supported with a dated receipt as Proof of Purchase. The Warranty excludes glass, strapping, fading of fabric and any damage to powder coating caused by salt, chemicals or through a lack of recommended maintenance. Any damage to frames, cushions or slings that is caused by accident or by misuse of the product are not covered under Warranty.

This product is designed for Domestic use only and therefore the Warranty does not apply to Commercial applications.
