Sling Care

The textilene slings used in the production of our furniture are ideal for our changeable climate. Textilene is UV Stabilised and Mildew Resistant. Its sheer appearance is not only appealing, but also assists in expedient drying. Textilene slings are very resilient and easily maintained.

To clean, simply sponge lightly with a solution of mild soap and water, rinsing thoroughly with clean water.

Powdercoating does not form part of the structural warranty but rather has a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months. This warranty is void if powdercoating is affected by salt corrosion or lack of cleaning maintenance. It also excludes fading. We recommend storing furniture when not in use unless furniture is placed in a covered area. Most Agio chairs are stackable for easy storage.
 

 

 

Cushion Care
To optimise the life of your cushions, we recommend that they are not over exposed to long hours of sunlight of harsh elements. As we do not warranty against the fading of cushions, please follow these easy care instruction.

• Brush off loose dirt and dust regularly from dry cushions.
• Remove stains promptly to prevent permanent marking.
• To clean, simply sponge lightly, with a solution of mild soap and water.
• Do not bleach, dry clean or use any solvent type cleaners.
• Red wine spills should be removed immediately by soaking up with household bicarbonate of soda and vacuuming off when dry.
• After cleaning, always rinse thoroughly with clean water.

 

 

 

Glass care

We recommend that you follow these simple care instructions to ensure the longevity of your tempered glass table top.

• Do not drag items across the table surface.
• Keep the glass dust free to avoid scratching.
• Do not strike or place heavy weight on the glass.
• Do not place extremely hot items directly on glass.
• Tables should not be dragged at any time as the vibration of the glass against the Aluminium frame can cause damage or breakage.

 

 

 

 

 

Wittex

Wittex is a UV Stabilised, Weather resistant, colour fast material that has the look and feel of Rattan. Wittex has a robust non-stretch polyester fibre core that prevents sagging offering far superior qualities in comfort. It is finished off with a soft feel coating making it suitable for Indoor and Outdoor use.

To clean, simply sponge lightly, with a solution of mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shades & Awnings
When an Umbrella is erect is should always be secured in a solid base or mounted appropriately. An Umbrella Canopy should never be left erect during extreme weather and when not in use should be stored away.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stainless Steel
To clean, wipe down with a solution of mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth. To remove fingerprints, wipe with a cloth dampened with methylated spirits or an organic solvent. Never use abrasive scourers or chemicals.

Stone table tops
To maintain this beautiful finish, coasters should be used where possible to avoid spills, scratches and rapid transfer of extreme temperatures. The table top should be cleaned with warm water and a mild soap. Never use scouring creams, abrasive cleansers or acid based products. Always rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.

Teak

The Teak timber features in our furniture provide an outstanding addition to the style and finish of these pieces. While Teak is a durable hardwood, a natural colour change will occur, as with all timbers, due to ageing and seasoning.

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh elements will accelerate the ageing process. To best maintain your timber features, simply apply a light coat of Teak Oil annually or as required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Natural rattan & cane

Regular dusting with a soft damp cloth or vacuuming with a brush attachment is recommended to maintain your Rattan / Wicker Furniture. Any spill on the frame should be wiped off immediately with a damp cloth or sponge and a mild detergent.
